Does it mean your team is active, receives points from players, starts new cycles of Soda Squad and you don't get any rewards?

If yes, let's try troubleshooting steps first:

• log out from your King/Fb account - clear cache (browser/app) - restart device - log in - pass a level

@weronika What team rewards are you talking about? Also the troubleshooting steps provided by @Pitty_Kitty is for future rewards. your previous rewards are long gone.

ok then, let's investigate this further. Please provide as many details as possible.

• do you mean the chests prizes or the team ranking rewards? a screeshot of the issue would be helpful. here's how to take a screenshot
• is your device updated? is your game updated (latest version: 1.203.5)?
• do you have a strong internet connection?
• what platform do you play on? (on app? on browser? Which browser?)
• what device do you use? please provide info on the brand and model (visit device settings -> about device ->model name)
• please add your user ID . You can find this number here if you play on app or here if you play on facebook
