• what kind of rewards? in which event does this happen?
• feel free to post a screenshot of the issue here, it's always helpful. How to take a screenshot here
• where do you play Soda? on app? Facebook? on browser? which browser?
• What device do you use?

Let's see first if troubleshooting helps

• check if your device and game are updated. If you play on browser check if it's updated.
• check if you have strong internet connection
• open game, log out from your King/Facebook account, close, clear cache (browser or app), restart device, open game, log in and pass a level
