Hi I can’t log into my king account and when I try and reset my password it won’t let me. The link in my email says can’t retrieve it.

    Please go to your profile, check if you see your email address, scroll down and tap on log out.

    When you are logged out and want to log back in again, choose I have an existing account. Enter your details again and you will find your progress.
