I used 10 bars to buy more moves and the game shut down in my face while it was confirming the win. I have now 30 minutes, I’ve lost my bars and my win didn’t count. What do I do?
Hello and welcome to the Community @gr33nw00d I am sorry you experienced this issue. We had more complaints about buying extra moves and the game freezes, and we already sent a report to the Studio.
I recommend to contact Player Support, as we can’t handle purchases in the Community due personal info, and request a reimbursement for your purchase. Please inform them that you couldn’t use the extra moves. When sending an email directly from the game, Player Support will automatically get your purchase history and transactions. All you need to do is:
- Open the game app —> tap on the blue gear
- Tap on the ? mark
- Tap on Purchase and Gold Bars
- Scroll down to the bottom and tap "Contact Us"
