Why don't I get the option anymore to watch a video for a booster before I play a level, or if I lose, watch a video for extra lives

My friend these are options or adds not features meaning they are not part of your game. They were only here as a trail or a product test only not a King Games feature you might see them return sometime but only as an add or trail product only not a feature....Hope this helps you out my Community friend 😉😎
