Cannot contact store

Hello

I am unable to purchase extra moves or anything from the store. I have 2 devices and this is happening on both of them. It says contacting and just spins. I have restarted both devices and the wireless internet works fine. Can you please help me.

Try restarting your device, checking your internet connection, and/or make sure your game is up to date.

I live in the Caribean, i have recently travel to Europe, In Europe i did not have the problem of can not connect to the store. back at home the problem started again.

Is it possible that it is a IP problem?
