Changing of email on Facebook

How do I get my points back on my candy crush soda and my candy crush after I had changed my email on Facebook? The same thing also happened on My Vegas game. 

I'm on level 1842 on my soda and 3694 on the crush. I log into Facebook to play my games and they want to start me off as a new player from game 1. I don't know if it was them changing their Facebook page or me with the changing my email and password. Also on My Vegas game I had something like 65,500 and now only have like 6,300. Please help me if possible.

Hi @Randy_Pritchard and welcome to Soda community 😀

For starters please check if your device OS is updated and it has at least 2 GB of free memory space. Also check if your browser or Soda app is updated, depending on where you play Soda.

Then try to log out, clear cache and history (browser or app), restart device and log back in. You might need to try this more than once. Try using your old credentials eventually, if the new ones don't work.
