game locking up

Why does the game keeo locking up? I have to uninstall then reinstall, and when i do i lose all my rewards, games, and teams!! Very frustrating and seriously considering just uninstalling the game for goid!!

Have you tried troubleshooting to see if it helps? check if your device and game are updated. Check if your device has at least 2 GB of free memory space. Then try to log out from your account - close game - clear cache - restart device - open game - log in

Also, are you playing with Facebook or King account (email + password)?
