loss of internet connection but all other king games fine

candy crush soda says its not got internet access but all my other games are fine - please tell me how to fix - it has been doing this for almost a month

• Would you mind sharing a screenshot of the connection error you see? How to take one: here
• do you play with Facebook? or with a King account?

First off, let's see if troubleshooting helps:

• check if your device has at least 2 GB of free momory space
• check if your device and game are updated
• log out - close game - clear cache - turn your device off for a couple of minutes - turn it on - open game - log in - pass a level
