Hello and welcome to the Community @jolanda0546 Do you mean you can’t find your boosters anymore? Boosters are saved in the memory of your device so that you can use them offline. Try this to see if your boosters come back:
log out of the game via your profile - clear the cache (super important!) - power off your device for at least 1 minute - restart your device - check for game and device updates- log back into the game. Also make sure you have at least 2GB free memory storage to run the game smoothly and try to connect to a WiFi connection instead of using cellular data.
If this do not recover your boosters, and you had some purchased boosters which you hadn’t used yet please contact Player Support. If the Boosters were won or obtained for free in the game, we do not offer a replacement.

tap on the blue gear, tap on ?, tap on purchases and gold bars, tap on why can’t I find my boosters. Scroll down and tap on “contact us”
