Candy Crush and Candy Crush soda not working

This am the software updated as new games were added. Candy crush will not let me play a game and I do not want to lose everything I've earned because I didn't play.

Candy crush soda is missing Mr Toffee - still not fixed as was suggested earlier.

Please advise - I would suugest fixing the updates that always happens on Friday.

As for Mr Toffee Fair in Candy Crush Soda, it's an issue that's currently affecting other players as well. The feature has not been removed from the game but we don't have more info about this temporary disappearance.

Hopefully we'll get more infos on Tuesday when our community manager is back to office.

Do you happen to have this icon in a spot close to where MTF used to be?

Yes that icon has been there for about 3 weeks and Mr Toffee was under neath it
