Can you solve the of “connection error”?

Since many weeks I can’t do anything: I can only play. I can’t save my progress, I can’t buy not get anything. I am very sick and tired of getting the message “connection error, try again later”

    Hello, I've had similar problems.

    The best way to fix it is to log in and out of your account, and if that does not work, you may need to delete and reinstall the app.

    Hi @siege63 and welcome to Soda community 😀

    If you see the red error message "there was a connection error, try again in a bit" and it's been going on for weeks then your app might have been corrupted for various reasons. With no connection in app you won't be able to contact Player Support so the only solution for this is unistalling the app and reinstalling.

    Unfortunately you'll lose all your boosters in the process and likely your recent progress you made while playing offline due to this issue. However, you'll be able to play normally after and save your progress with your King/Fb account, most importantly.
