Not showing log on or log off. Keeps giving pictures with various messages: server not available- et

Please help. Game acts like it’s froze me out.

Wont let me use extras I bought . Says store not available. Keeps giving error pictures and messages.

Ive been waiting for help over a month.

Any ideas, please.

Hello @GBukin there are few things you can try.

1. check for latest game and device updates
2. make sure your device has plenty of memory (min 2GB)
3. try logout, clear cache, turn off device, and log back in. (recommend to do this 2-3 times)
4. play a level and hope for the best 🤞
