Why are the ad videos not showing, only buffering and then knocks you out. Very irritating.

Hello and welcome to the Community @gin1154 Thank you for reporting this issue with ads. In the meantime please try the troubleshooting: provided you saved your progress with a King or FB account, log out of the game - clear the cache -> not datathat will delete your boosters - power off your device for at least 1 minute - restart your device - check for game and device updates- log back into the game. Also make sure you have at least 2GB free memory storage to run the game smoothly and try to connect to a WiFi connection instead of using cellular data.

Did as told. Shut down and did not power up for five minutes. Still buffering and then back and then knocked off. Getting tired of this and will probably stop playing
