Hi all im trying to purchase gold bars on my laptop and it keeps saying it didn't take any money. Someone please help. Thanks

Are you seeing any connection errors saying you can't connect to the server and have access to your gold bars store?

If you don't, then let's try troubleshooting:

• check for Soda app and device updates
• provided you have a King/Fb account to save your progress with, try to log out - close game - restart device- open game - log in and pass any easy level to check your connection

If that doesn't work then, did you make sure your payment method has all the correct information?

If yes but the problem still persists you might need to contact the Support Team of Microsoft store since I understand you're trying to make a purchase through a Microsoft account with your credit card.
