Kimmy’s arcade not allowing free play

I played the arcade last night at 10pm. I’ve used gold bars many times to play. But I’m out of bars right now and was waiting the 12 hours to get to play again. When I logged in this morning, 12 hours after playing last night, it says I still have to wait as if I had just played. I use these boosters to help. I’m trying to get three weeks in a row passing more levels, I’ve never worn two weeks in a row before. I’m in the 4000’s levels now. So boosters help very much.

    Hello @hols49 and welcome to Soda community😀

    That's odd, maybe it's a temporary glitch.

    Did you try troubleshooting?

    • check for Soda app and device updates
    • provided you have a King/Fb account to save your progress with, try to log out - close game - clear cache*- restart device- open game - log in and pass any easy level to check your connection

    *be careful not to opt "for clear data", it deletes your boosters

    Hello @hols49 Yes that happened to me once, after waiting 12 hours it turned out that the timer in my Arcade started again, and I had to wait another 12 hours. I am so sorry you had the same experience 😕.

    Unfortunately there’s nothing we can do about it and I do understand that you can use the boosters in your game. At least you can do the troubleshooting what @Pitty_Kitty suggested and hope this doesn't happen to you again.
