I made several purchases while playing games but did not receive them and have not receive credit for them.

You’ll need to contact Player Support directly from your Game and here’s how👇

To contact Player Support:

Open your Game / Select the gear wheel icon / Select the “?” or Help Center / Scroll down and Select Purchases and Gold Bars / Scroll down to the bottom of the page and select Contact Us / Submit your claim.
