Lost Boosters

When I synced my account from no account to my account I lost a great deal of my boosters I’m not happy!! Why did I lose so much?

    Hello @CasperTghost13 and welcome 😃

    Did you have a Facebook account previously and followed the stops prompted by the game to create a King account and sync it with your Facebook account?

    Or did you have no account whatshowever?

    About your boosters troubleshooting mught help:

    check for Soda and device updates

    - check that your device has at least 2 GB of free storage

    - provided you have a King account to save your progress try to log out- close game - clear cache* - restart device - open game - log in and pass any level to make sure you reconnected to the server

    *depending on the type of the device you can clear the device's cookies/cache or the Soda app cache directly. Be careful not to click "clear data" which deletes your boosters

    If your boosters don't appear then they are permanently lost, unfortunately, as they are saved on your device memory and not synced on King servers in any case
