have logged in and out a few times and now I lost ALL my boosters. I don’t understand why I lost them all, how do I get them back.???

Welcome to the Community @dmcollins I am very sorry to hear you lost your boosters 😕. Did you save your game before you logged out? I hope you didn’t uninstall and reinstall the app.

Boosters are items saved directly onto your device's memory, so that you can use them offline, reinstalling the game will unfortunately delete all of these items. If you lose any boosters that you have purchased please reach out to our Customer Care team using the 'Contact us' option directly from your device (this way support will have all the details needed to help). All you need to do is:

- Open the game app

- Tap on the? mark

- Tap on Purchase and Gold Bars

- Scroll down to the bottom and tap on "Contact Us"

You can try the troubleshooting, maybe it’ll bring your boosters back:

provided you saved your progress with a King or FB account, log out of the game - clear the cache -> not data  that will delete your boosters - power off your device for at least 1 minute - restart your device - check for game and device updates- log back into the game.
