Did you lose your progress?
Do you have a King account to save your progress with? If yes, check out this guide
Did you lose your password? Do you not have a King account? Then create an account if you don't have one yet and contact Player Support. They can help you restore your password or progress.
Contact Player Support directly from your mobile device: open Soda app and go to settings icon - "?" icon - "my game progress" - "how do I save my progress" . Then scroll down and click "contact us"
If you don't play on mobile device then contact Player Support from here and please add your game ID so your account can be located. Here's how to find your game ID
