How can I open my account in other device with other lenguaje?

I have opened my account on my Phone, but I have bien playing candy crush soda and jelly in my ipad. When I try to get into my account to save my progress, the system tells me it doesn't recognize neither the email nor the password. I have been playing for a long time both gases in the Spanish versión, but I guess that cannot be the issue.
Please, I do want to save my leve!
