I understand this is frustrating. There's a problem that needs to be investigated further, clearly, and holiday season has started so we might need to be patient about this.
Rejecting answers doesn't help us understand what's happening, however.😅 Would you tell us more about what you tried and what didn't work from @Nix66 directions?

- where do yo play Soda? On app? Browser?
- do you have a King or Facebook account?
- Is your Soda app or browser updated? What version is your Soda app?
- What device do you use?
- Is your device sofware updated? What version is the sofware (OS) of your device?
