Problem

Level 4393 is not working properly and I’m losing all my credits from my purchase as the clock is counting down but I can’t progress

    Could you provide more details on how level 4393 is not working properly?

    As of now let's check if troubleshooting can help with this problem

    • check for Soda and device updates
    • check that your device has at least 2 GB of free storage
    • provided you have a King account to save your progress try to log out- close game - clear cache* - restart device - open game - log in and pass any level to make sure you reconnected to the server

    *depending on the type of the device you can clear the device's cookies/cache or the Soda app cache directly. Be careful not to click "clear data" which deletes your boosters

    Community can't handle purchases/refunds since they contain sensitive informations but Player Support can. You can ask Player Support for replacement of items purchased and not yet used and it seems you weren't able to use them due to this problem.
