For about a week or more I have not been able to purchase anything from the candy store, either with gold I already have or with actual money. Every time I try it just says "store unavailable try again". I've looked for a solution and haven't been able to find one. It has caused me much frustration because I will be almost ready to finish a level, and then run out of lives and I can't buy more and so I have to start all over again.

    Hello and welcome to the Community @Dulzra73 I am sorry to hear you can’t make purchases. Did you save your account with a King account? And how do you play the game? On king.com or game app?

    First I would like you to do some troubleshooting since the most issues can be resolved with troubleshooting: provided you saved your progress with a King account, log out of the game - clear the cache -> not data  that will delete your boosters - power off your device for at least 1 minute - restart your device - check for game and device updates- log back into the game. Also make sure you have at least 2GB free memory storage to run the game smoothly and try to connect to a WiFi connection instead of using cellular data.
