Daily Gift

This is now my "THIRD TIME" that my daily gift got reset and I am very upset about it. The first time I was already on day 75, and yesterday on day 40!

I played yesterday evening and all was well. Than I played again at 01:20 am and was send back to day 1. I don't think that is fair. I am on level 1627 on my Android phone, so I am not a new player. Can you tell me why this is keep happening?

Thanks for your fast response. I have a brand new phone, so memory isn't an issue.

It just sucks that it cannot be retrieved. Starting over and over is no fun. Thanks again.
