Didn't receive rewards from my last Noble Path

I recently bought the bonus rewards in the Last Noble Path after finishing all the levels. After it ended, I didn't receive the rewards that I didn't use. A new Noble has not started and I didn't get the ones I had paid for.

Sorry to hear this happened. Did you try troubleshooting to see if it helps? log out from your King account - clear cache - restart device - log in - pass a level

If you can't get your prizes back, you have the possibility to ask Player Support for a refund since you made a purchase.

Next time it'd be best to make sure you claim all your prizes before time runs out so this glitch won't make you lose all your prizes 😅

Hi @rosie25 I also did not receive my unclaimed rewards. In fact, I only claimed 1 reward, while unlocking everything. I've forgotten this before, and when a new Noble Royal path started I still received the unclaimed rewards. So my guess is, you (and I) will receive the unclaimed rewards whenever a new Noble and Royal path starts.
