My account log in screen locks up every time I try to create account

I created an account for the community a few years ago when I started playing. I am playing Soda Saga now for a couple of years. When I go to fishing season quests it shows one for "create account". When I try to create the account, the screen locks up. I have tried both options creating new account and signing in with the same email I used to create community account. It locks up every time. I have to exit the game to start over. I have no problems playing the game outside of Facebook. I can't remember if I ever linked it to Facebook. Can you check this out?

I understand the two accounts are not the same. It won't let me create an account while I am in the game. It locks up every time while I am in the login screen. I put in my email and it then locks up. I am using the same email I used to create the community account. It does not give me an error message or anything, it just freezes and I can't go back to the game. I have to exit and start over.
