i lost all my levels

i was over level 900 something. i logged in the other day, and i lost all my levels. i dont know what ive done or who to talk to so i can get them back. i would like the help and support so that i can get my levels back. i did buy a new laptop 3/4 days ago and i logged in and my levels was just gone.
