Transferring Candy Crush Soda problem

I tried transferring my Soda game on my android phone, but get the message "a user with this email already exists". I tried changing the password on King.com on my PC, but it will not login. It just sits on the login screen. What am I supposed to do?

Let's see what we can do. Did you check that you're typing your email and passoword into the log-in fields and not "register a new account" fields?

When you visit king.com what browser do you use? Did you try clearing browser cache? Or using a different browser?

If you still can't log in to your King account on your Soda mobile app then the last option is contacting Player Support so they can help you get back to your account.

Contact Player Support: open soda app - visit settings- click "?" Icon- visit "my game progress"- "how do I save progress"- scroll down and click "contact us". Explain your problem and send.
