When I try to use my google play points, Candy Crush Soda Saga is not in the games listed so I'm unable to use the points on this game. Can someone help??

Why is King still offering Google purchases for plays on Soda if the perk cannot be used. What other way are bonus,boosters purchased except through Google? Google and King do not seem to ne good partners and the players are caught in the middle. Not good
I did this and the feedback didn't help. I even tried to get my points back but that didn't happen either.

CCS is a different game, so it wonβt work on Soda.
So on the list it has Candy crush saga,so if I use my coupon will it work on Candy crush soda? Or does it have to say soda

Well. I yesterday they showed the coupon for candy crush. Now I'm out those points, wish I'd read into it more. Ugh.

1. Go to google play points
2. Make sure your logged in
3. Go to your points area (use-perks)
4. Click on your symbol (top right)
5. Click on help
6. Select anything and then scroll to bottom.
7. Click on NO (no help)
8. Request they put Candy Crush games back on the play points program again. CLICK ON SUBMIT
9. I repeated steps 6, 7 and 8 6 times and will continue until it is back on the program.

I spoke to a play points specialist who advised me that all Candy Crush games have been removed from there play points program. She advised me to go to my google play points and schroll to the bottom where there should be a button which will allow you to add a feedback. So everyone lets do this and get Candy Crush games added back to the google play points program.

I'm sorry I can't give you better solutions. This is what community manager stated about Google play points specifically:

Its unfair as I also have spent a lot of money playing the Soda game.
What can we do about it? King are you able to contact Google and ask whats going on as this 3 of your members and I'm sure there must be more members with problem????
I thought Google had limited the number of vouchers we could use our points on.

I am having the same issue with Google Play points. I have chatted with the customer support in the Google Play app for over an hour. I have a platinum status as I have spent a lot of money on all the Candy Crush games. Basically, after their so-called "specialists" were consulted the reps only answer was "offers are subject to change" I have been accruing & using the points the same way for over 2 years. Now I can't find any King game on their new long list of apps that show offers currently. I arm now hesitant to spend money through Google Play for fear of some type of malware or virus. I can't find a notice of any change in the "Use points" or "Earn Points" section of Google Play.
I have the same problem and having problems contacting Google Play store on the problem.
I used my play points for Candy Crush Sada coupons many times. When I clicked on "use" Soda was always the first on the list. Now there are no candy crush games at all on the list. Googles help site is almost useless. It appears the problem is on the Google side and not King. I finally got an email though to Google but have not got a replay.

I lost my progress when transfering to a new device using the facebook method. I was on lvl18000 on my old device, i logged into facebook then checked facebook and saw it had connected. I then installed candy crush soda saga on new device, logged into facebook but it saved the new device progress of lvl1. I tried loggingβ¦
For the first time ever, since its inception, I do not have the bakery. (Did all the tricks) And now the yeti race just kicked me out, even though I've advanced every level. King really doesn't want me to play anymore lolππ
Both of my Android phones show βBakery β Starting Soonβ in Candy Crush Soda Saga. The game is fully up to date and we are online, but the Bakery event does not start on either device. What is causing this issue? Is the event currently disabled or delayed on the server side?

I have some rewards to claim but every time I tap on the claim box the whole image shakes and the reward does not activate. I have updated the game but this did not help.
