My iPad is connected to wifi but i can’t buy lives purchase with gold bars,

How do I fix my game without loosing my progress. I am connected to the internet but when trying to purchase additional moves I get a message saying I’m not connected to the internet.

    Welcome to the Community @Boadz Let’s see if I can help you with this.

    First of all, did you save your progress on a King or Facebook account? If not, please do and I recommend to create a King account. You can find more info here.

    When you’ve saved your progress please follow the steps:

    Force closing your apps 

    • Double click the Home button to see your open apps
    • Swipe up on all apps which can interfere with the performance of the game

    Restarting your device

    • Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button until the “Power Off” slider appears.
    • Drag the slider to turn your device completely off.
    • After the device turns off, press and hold the Sleep/Wake button again until you see the Apple logo.

    Checking the storage on your device 

    Make sure that you have sufficient free storage on your device, we normally recommend having at least 2GB free.

    Unfortunately the above did not work and I still can’t purchase extra lives 😢😢😢

    Hello again @Boadz How do you play the game? Using a King or Facebook account? Playing through game app? (AppStore). Did you check for updates device and game?

    I’m also playing on iPad and my versions are: iOS 15.2.1 game: 1.210.1
