I am having the exact same problem I spent 25 gold three times trying to buy energy and it's just taking my gold and not giving me nothing in return..

Welcome to the Community @nancyo28 @wowman1069 @mellow_moet I am very sorry to hear that you didn’t receive the energy you purchased with your gold bars.
Unfortunately we cannot handle purchase issues in the Community, due to personal information, but Player Support can. If you happen to play on a mobile device, you can contact directly from the device. When sending an email directly from the game, Player Support will automatically get your purchase history and transactions. All you need to do is:
- Open the game app —> tap on the blue gear
- Tap on the ? mark
- Tap on Purchase and Gold Bars
- Scroll down to the bottom and tap "Contact Us"

In case this problem needs to be investigated, would you mind providing more infos?
- What device do you use? (make and model)
- What is the latest version of your device software (OS) update?
- What is the latest version of your Soda app update?
- What is your game user ID? This number allows your game account to be located. To find it, open Soda app, visit your profile settings and click twice the King logo on top. The logo will be replaced by a number. More info here
