Please Help!!!! I am connected to my home Internet and I know it’s working but this is keep on popping up

Please do the following👇

First make sure you have the app updated in your app store.

Then force close the app along with force closing any other open apps. 

Restart your device. 

Open the game and it should have reloaded and reconnected.
