Booster help

I completed my quest and didn't get all of my boosters. I still have 7 days left. But i won't let me get the remainder boosters i have. I have 10 and it's just sitting there, help

1) Do you mind posting screenshots of this problem? It'd be very helpful.

2)How does the app not let you claim your boosters exactly? Does an error message appear? Do you just click on "claim" and nothing happens?

3) Do you see an error message when you visit your profile settings in Soda app?

4) Let's try troubleshooting steps to see if they help:

• check for Soda and device updates
• check that your device has at least 2 GB of free storage
• provided you have a King account to save your progress try to log out- close game - clear cache* - restart device - open game - log in and pass any level to make sure you reconnected to the server
• you might need to repeat the steps above 3-4 times

*depending on the type of the device you can clear cookies/cache of your device or cache of Soda app directly (Android). More info here. Be careful not to click "clear data" which deletes your boosters
