Why did they take all my lives?

I had 5 lives and was in the middle of playing a game when I accidentally closed out the page while trying to switch tabs. When I logged back in, ALL my lives had been taken and I was down to 0 lives. I can understand taking the life I was using in the game that got cancelled but not ALL my lives. Please look into this.

I have way more than 2GB space. I have a gaming computer that's set up specifically for online 3d MMORGB gaming so there should be no issue playing a game like Candy Crush Soda Saga.
