Lost gold Bars

I accepted the most recent agreement on Tuesday, but now all my gold bars are gone. I had just purchased $30.00 worth on the 15th I believe. I also can't get to the chocolate boxes, which I was on the gold level, and couldn't finish because it too disappeared. Please return the bars.

    Sorry to hear about this. did you try to log out - close game - restart device - open game - log in - and play any level to reconnect to the server?

    If your gold bars don't come back, I suggest you contact Player Support and ask them to look into this since community can't handle refunds.

    Contact Player Support from mobile devices: open soda app - visit settings- click "?" Icon- visit "purchases and golds bars"- "why haven't I received my purchase"- scroll down and click "contact us". Explain your problem and send.

    If you don't play Soda on mobile device then contact Support from here. It might be helpful to add your game user ID in the form so your gaming account can be easily located by support. How to find your user ID: here
