Need help

I have not been able to log into Candy Crush Soda other than thru FB for about 2 months now. i have tried going to King.com/games and logging in, but when i enter my email and password, it doesn't do ANYTHING. i clicked forgot password and it emailed me a link to change it, i try to change it, and nothing. i don't understand what is going on.

when i pay via FB it doesn't let me do anything with a team or collect daily bonus so i never get gold bars to use when stuck.

i REALLY enjoy playing but want to continue. can someone PLEASE help????

these are the steps i am trying to do:

To transfer your saved progress from King.com to other platforms you need to have a King Account. With a King Account, you can sync your progress across all your devices.

Here’s what you need to do:

1. Open the King.com/games page in your browser on your computer
2. Create or log in to your King.com account, using the 'Log in' link in the top right-hand corner (this is where it stops be and doesn't do anything)
3. Fill in the required fields (email address, password, age).
4. Your progress will now be saved on your King.com account
5. If you choose, you can upload your own unique avatar image.

thank you but i cannot get even get logged in. i open the log in box, put my email and password, click log in and it doesn't do anything from there.

i have also tried to go to the microsoft store to get the app. i find it, download it and when it is ready to open i click on it, there is a split second box that flashes and then nothing.....nothing opens. this is SO frustrating.
