Iphone 11 crashed and lost my 10 golds.
I have been experiencing crashes for a long period and sometimes it happens while I am playing. A few minutes ago, I spent 10 golds to continue and I was about to finish the level. Then it crashed again and made me angry. Please solve the crash issue and help me for my 10 golds. Btw, crashes occur at end-game usually.

You may ask Player Support for a refund since you lost gold bars due to a glitch
Contact Player Support from mobile devices: open soda app - visit settings- click "?" Icon- visit "purchases and golds bars"- "why haven't I received my purchase"- scroll down and click "contact us". Explain your problem and send.
If you don't play Soda on mobile device then contact Support from here. It might be helpful to add your game user ID in the form so your gaming account can be easily located by support. How to find your user ID: here
