Lost 10 bars

When I chose to spend 10 bars to complete level 776, the game shut down and I lost those 10 bars without being able to complete the level. Can you restore the 10 bars?

Please contact Player Support to ask them for a refund. Community can't handle refunds or purchases issues.

Contact Player Support from mobile devices: open soda app - visit settings- click "?" Icon- visit "purchases and golds bars"- "why haven't I received my purchase"- scroll down and click "contact us". Explain your problem and send.

If you don't play Soda on mobile device then contact Support from here. It might be helpful to add your game user ID in the form so your gaming account can be easily located by support. How to find your user ID: here

• where do you play Soda? On a site? on Soda app installed in your device?
• which version is the latest update of your Soda app?
• what device do you use do play Soda? (make and model)
• which version is the latest update of the operating system of your device (e.g Android 11, iOS 15.5)?
