Same thing is happening to me now July 14, 2023. All the "help desk" can say is uninstall/reinstall, or reset, and lose all progress. Take screenshots of all Power-Ups, Boosters and Gold Bars and you should get them back, maybe, but lose any progress in any contests/challenges. Any help or ideas. Worked fine, made lunch 1 hour, came back, game and sound fritzed (there was a Candy Crush Soda upgrade done in that hour).

Does the issue persist after checking again for Soda updates - logging out -restarting device - logging in?
Which device do you use to play Soda? Make and model please
What is your game ID number?
(How to find your game ID number: launch Soda app - tap on "profile" orange button to visit your account settings - tap twice on the King logo at the top - the logo will be replaced by your ID number

- The Issue happened after a CCSS update (12:30 made lunch started playing 1:30) issue was there, the game had also shut off.
- 2. Desktop PC same one for 6 years.

- Issue only in Bake a Cake or a game level, any other screen it's okay. Sound is also wonky to the same 2.
- I have screenshots (I will try to attach, not the best at it). Also I keep getting asked by help desk to go to the Store and hit the "see more" button to look for updates, there hasn't been a "see more" button in the store for over a year. Store, press Library (bottom left). I did that with the first help desk person (after asking where it was, then they actually looked). It showed a CCSS update had been done within the hour I took for lunch.
