Lost friends and contests

I noticed that playing from Facebook had this problem, but I have the app, and have also lost my friend's, the team I was in, the contests, and I also had paid rewards on the contest that has been lost ... not a happy bunny!

Didn't want to reinstall the app in case I lost everything thanks!

    Hello @PrincessFionaR and welcome to Soda community!

    Let's try to understand what's going on before reinstalling (which will cause you to lose boosters but not levels and gold bars if you used to save your progress with a King/Fb account) 🙂

    • Do you save your progress with a King account or Facebook account?
    • Do you mean you moved from Facebook site to Soda app? or were you always playing on Soda app and then these problems occurred?
    • Do you play Soda on app installed on your device?
    • Or do you play through Facebook site on a computer?
    • What device do you use? (make and model)
    • What is the latest update of operating system in your device? (e.g. Windows 10? Android 11? iOS 15.5?)
    • What is the latest updated of Soda app installed in your device?

    Also, let me know if troubleshooting steps help:

    • check for Soda and device updates
    • check that your device has at least 2 GB of free storage
    • provided you have a King account to save your progress try to log out- close game - clear cache* - restart device - open game - log in and pass any level to make sure you reconnected to the server
    • you might need to repeat the steps above 3-4 times

    *depending on the type of the device you can clear cookies/cache of your device or cache of Soda app directly (Android). More info here. Be careful not to click "clear data" which deletes your boosters

    As for the purchased items that were lost, you may contact Player Support to send them back to you. The forum doesn't deal with refunds or purchases issues, I'm sorry.

    Contact Player Support from mobile devices: open soda app - visit settings- click "?" Icon- visit "purchases and golds bars"- "why haven't I received my purchase"- scroll down and click "contact us". Explain your problem and send.
