Changed password successfully, but get "There was a connection error. Try a bit later"

When trying to login, I get  "There was a connection error. Try a bit later". I will try later, but waiting for about an hour.

mine has been like that for months stop waiting it’s not going to happen and I can’t get any help for that anywhere!
