I lost my levels
Hello, good evening, my name is Sajid. I have problems with my levels. The app disappeared from my Android I don't know what happened and when I reinstalled it it tells me that the email and password are not correct it had already happened to me once I was at level 800

I've been playing for about 3 or 4 months and I've invested enough time to have to start over for the third time from scratch

do you still have access to your email address? Did you try to reset your password using the "forgot your password" option? More infos here
If you still can't recover your account please contact Player Support to ask them to recover it for you.
How to contact Player Support: open soda app - visit settings- click "?" Icon- visit "my game progress"- "how do I save progress"- scroll down and click "contact us". Please be sure to select "Problems with my Game" and then "Game didn't save", explain you can't reset password, add your current level and send.
