Please help. I have lost my team twice in the last 2 months, I do not receive any rewards, which prevents me from progressing, I cannot send or receive lives from the team, except for 5 regular lives. My screen is completely blank on the game. I listened to all the advice, I have enough GB, but I did not solve the problem.

- Do you play via King or Facebook account?
- Which platform do you use? Browser or app?
- What device do you play on? Merk and model
- Which version Operating System do you have? (iOS, Android)
- Which version of the Soda app do you have?
- What is your Game ID? Tap or click HERE how to find

Hello @Yosca,, I have solved this problem so far and I hope it will not happen again. But there are others ... I'll send a screenshot with the tag and if you know why it's happening, please let me know. They just disappear (look at the tags), even though I don't use them and don't get as many as I should. Anyway, thanks for the support.

You mean your gold bars are changing? And you didn’t use them? You didn't accidentally press something you used to mine your gold bars?🤔 You could try the troubleshooting, sometimes it provides a solution 🤞.
Troubleshooting: provided you saved your progress with a King account, log out of the game - clear the cache -> not data that will delete your boosters - power off your device for at least 1 minute - restart your device - check for game and device updates- log back into the game. Also make sure you have at least 2GB free memory storage to run the game smoothly.
