Player uses a King account @Pitty_Kitty , on Win 10 :
I am on Windows 10 with a King account.
Since I only play on mobile I don’t know how the login looks like in Win10 🤔

It looks the same as the pictures you posted but in windows 10 app it's possible you have to scroll down a bit in login page because the "log in with email" button that you pointed with a red arrow may be partially hidden. It depends on how large the window of the app is on the computer desktop
But from the way it was described it doesn't sound like windows 10 app much, that's why I asked if a different platform (Facebook) is somehow involved.

All there is is Play, profile and the wheel on the bottom. I don't have to log on or anything. Click on the icon click play and I used to play. Getting ready to delete everything and start over later. It's been fun but this sucks.

Day 4 no reply from King except the same generic replies. Back to Level 1 from level 4878. Cannot log back in no response from anyone that actually helps.

Can you scroll down? Because then you should see “played before” and then enter your king account login details there.
Can you show us a screenshot when you want to play your game @JVO123 ? We really need to know what you see when you want to open the game!

I understand this is frustrating but we're as puzzled as you are it seems
As @Yosca said, if you could share a screenshot of what you see, it would really help us understand what could be the issue in your game and give you more specific responses.
