I’m not able to refresh the quests in the storm story. No icon avalaible.

I’have the possibility the first time, then the icon disappear. I use iPad Pro 4e génération with iOS 14.8.1. Thank you for help!

Yes, it's something I noticed today too, both on windows 11 and Android devices. I also have Storm Season, like you. I was waiting to see if the possibility to refresh quests was going to come back, like within some hours, because maybe the developers put a time limit or something but so far it didn't. troubleshooting steps seem not to help with this situation either.

Feel free to test if troubleshooting helps you get the possibility to refresh quests:

• check for Soda and device updates
• check that your device has at least 2 GB of free storage
• provided you have a King account to save your progress try to log out- close game - clear cache* - restart device - open game - log in and pass any level to make sure you reconnected to the server
• you might need to repeat the steps above 3-4 times

*depending on the type of the device you can clear cookies/cache of your device or cache of Soda app directly (Android). More info here. Be careful not to click "clear data" which deletes your boosters

Hello,

Today, I open the game again and I was able to refresh only one quest after then, the icon disapeared. I passed 3 or 4 levels and 2 quests and no change with thé issue. I’m disappointed because I paid for the de luxe quests and I’m stalled with very difficult quests ☹️

Unfortunately this has been not communicated beforehand but Community manager confirmed this is a change implemented in the event. the option to refresh quests 1 at a time is also time-limited

"You now have to wait 6hrs in between refreshing quests. So you can refresh once, but then you have to wait 6 more hours to wait until the next refresh can be used"

Your feedback has been very important, the wait has been reduced to 6 hours. hope this makes the situation better 😅 I'll be sure to try this out too
