Within the last 15 minutes I have made 2 purchases and tried to purchase the candy hammers 3 times.
Level 1
I have spent 27 gold bars trying to purchase the candy hammers 3 times but did not receive them. Then I go out and look and you have been having trouble since sometime in March with these purchases. I would appreciate getting my 27 gold bars back since I did not receive the candy hammers. AND if this issue is going to continue and I am not going to get what I needed the gold bars for then I would like a refund on my purchases as they will not do me any good.

Unfortunately we cannot handle purchase issues in the Community, due to personal information, but Player Support can. If you happen to play on a mobile device, you can contact directly from the device. That way Player Support will automatically get your purchase history and transactions. All you need to do is:
- Open the game app —> tap on the blue gear
- Tap on the ? mark
- Tap on Purchases and Gold Bars
- Choose and tap on a topic that is closest to your question/issue
- Scroll down to the bottom and tap "Contact Us"
