Hi, I can’t get back to game after payment authorisation. I am in the app store screen and I tap top left to return and it reloads so I don’t get the extra moves and time. What am I doing wrong?

Hello @sue3003 welcome to the Community I am sorry to read you couldn’t acces the game. Do you still have this problem? If you had something like this again and you couldn't continue playing, you could try this: Force close your apps, turn off your device for at least 1 minute, restart your device. Check for any device or app updates and ensure you have at least 2GB free memory storage to run the game smoothly.
