I didn't receive earned rewards

In Candy Crush Soda Saga, my team's rank moved to rank 11 and earned rewards including 2 hours of lives. However, the rewards didn't load up for me. How can I get them?

Hello @Flaminster Sorry to hear you didn’t receive the rewards. Please try this:
Force close your apps, turn off your device for at least 1 minute, restart your device. Check for any device or app updates and ensure you have at least 2GB free memory storage to run the game smoothly.

Hi. Thanks for your reply. I did that. Didn't help. I keep everything up to date and I've plenty of storage (43G available). I suspect it's now lost forever unless King can restore it.

Hello again @Flaminster Sorry to hear it didn’t work 😕 We in the Community are not able to send replacements. You can try the general troubleshooting too:
provided you saved your progress with a King account, log out of the game - clear the cache -> not data that will delete your boosters - power off your device for at least 1 minute - restart your device - check for game and device updates- log back into the game. Try to connect to a WiFi connection instead of using cellular data.
*Clear cache in Android: go to settings - tap on apps - tap on candy crush soda - tap on storage - tap on clear cache (not data❗️)
*Clear cache in iOS: go to settings - tap on Safari - tap on Clear history and website data
