Gold Bars Gone

I purchased advantages which included gold bars. Yesterday when I closes the game I had 149. Today when I opened it, there were only 34. Can you please help me get them back? I would appreciate it.

    Unfortunately this forum is not able to handle purchases issues/refunds, I'm sorry

    Please contact Player Support to ask them to reinstate your gold bars


    How to contact Player Support from mobile devices: open soda app - visit settings- click "?" Icon- visit "purchases and gold bars"- "why haven't I received my purchase"- scroll down and click "contact us". Explain your problem and send.

    If you don't play Soda on mobile device then contact Support from here. Select: "problems with my purchase" and "purchased items not received". Explain the problem.

    It might be helpful to add your game user ID in the form so your gaming account can be easily located by support.

    Hello, one thing you could try is signing out and back into your account within the app. The gold bars are saved to your King account and don't normally disappear. Hopefully you didn't accidentally spend them!
